I'm a 16 year old girl who isn't in to all the "dieting" and "eating disorder" whole shindig, but I eat healthy and exercise regularly. :)

Been super busy these past few months..

Finished last semester with straight A’s, finished swim season successfully(didn’t like it that much), turned 16, and got my license.

Next year I don’t think I’ll do swimming again. I’m getting a job soon, and will be taking AP classes.

I gained a little bit of weight back since swimming and I am determined to lose those pounds and become more healthy. 

I started reading the 17 day diet to learn a couple of tips on what I can do to become more healthy and am in love it with so far. It’s not a fad diet, and it helps you shed pounds the healthy way. 

These next few days I’ll be editing and rearranging my tumblr profile a bit because I will be beginning to record more of my personal experiences and challenges than a bunch of pictures.

Well, your body weight sounds appropriate for your height. 

So I don’t think you need to lose any weight, but if you would like to tone up your body you can do yoga, lift weights, swim, etc.

swimming tones your body and helps you lose weight.
