I got a sub at sheetz, basically starving.
And a little thing that has some cheese and apple slices.

Did zumba today for an hour.
There’s this zumbathon this saturday and you basically do zumba for 4 hours and it’s for kids with brain cancer. I think Imma do it.

I didn’t go to zumba because when I got home I went straight to homework.
I’m not even done with it yet.
I did go to the gym for an hour though, and did 4.3 miles on the elliptical.
Now I’m gonna fix me a nice salad, finish my homework, take a shower, and sleeppppp.♥

Okay. So, sunday’s weigh in was 141.2 lbs, almost to 140!
I need to work harder though:/ at least I haven’t gained any. Been having a lot of homework with all my hard classes.
I did manage to go on a 20 minute walk/jog today. (:

So, I have a confession..
I’ve gained like a pound. I don’t know if it’s water weight, I mean I have ate more than I normally do.. but not that much to gain a pound. & I’ve been doing the 30 day shred everyday. But, no excuses, I need to get back on track. :)
I woke up late today and had apple juice and pretzels, around like lunch time probably 250 calories.
Then at 4, I had some of this...

Uhm.
I usually have cereal in the morning.
A sandwhich for lunch.
& it varies for dinner.
I love pretzels, and pickles for snacking though.
