So, I have a confession..
I’ve gained like a pound. I don’t know if it’s water weight, I mean I have ate more than I normally do.. but not that much to gain a pound. & I’ve been doing the 30 day shred everyday. But, no excuses, I need to get back on track. :)
I woke up late today and had apple juice and pretzels, around like lunch time probably 250 calories.
Then at 4, I had some of this chicken that had sour cream, ritz crackers and some other stuff that’s REALLY good. It’s so delicious. Probably like 300 or 400 calories.
I don’t know what I’m going to have for dinner probably something small.
I would make a smoothie but we don’t have any milk. :/
I did the 30DS today, finished all of level 1. I’m either getting ready to play tennis or go bike riding with my boyfriend.
and I have zumba at 7.
I’m trying to get in a lot of exercise today to get motivated.
My sophomore year starts tomorrow :/. So, I’m going to try to go to bed earlier tonight.
